Do you keep your word? When you agree to something, will you follow through every time? In life, it’s important to have always, say what you mean and mean what you say.  Often times life has struggles that come up and you need to deal with them.  If you have an impeccable word you will always be trusted and relied upon. If you always do what you say and say what you do, no one can fault you for being impeccable with your word.

When I was about 10 years old I was biking in my neighborhood and I ran into a neighbor’s white wall. I made a hole about 2 feet round.  As a 10-year-old that hole was huge! After dusting myself off from the ground I had an option, should I leave and run away or fess up to my mistake? I decided to ring the doorbell.  I rang the doorbell and this old crotchety man came out, I explained what I had done and showed him the wall.  He was furious and he started yelling at me and explained that he would never be able to fix the wall.  To make a long story short I spent my whole summer working to pay for this guy’s wall and even though I could have run away, I am glad I didn’t.  When I pass by the house, I still see that wall today because its noticeably different stucco. I remember the time I ran into my neighbor’s wall and fessed up.  It’s okay to admit when your wrong as long as you take responsibility.

I would like to admit to you today that I love engaging with you and hearing your comments.  Please let me know your thoughts and tell me anything you recently admitted to.
